This fall, set aside time to take care of your body and mind with a weekly mindful nature walk at Sheldrake. Each week, new mindfulness tools will be offered as we explore and incorporate the beauty and serenity of nature.
Cindy Olsen is a Sheldrake Environmental Educator, a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, and founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She is passionate about sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness with others.
Dates: Tuesdays – September 28 – December 7 (no class November 2) (10 sessions)
Time: 9:30-10:30 am
Fee: Members: $220; non-members: $250 (for the 10-week series)
Cancellation Policy: This program proceeds in assorted weather conditions, unless dangerous conditions like lightning are expected. In the event that Sheldrake should cancel a program, either a makeup will be scheduled or a refund will be issued. Participant cancellation requires a minimum of one week’s notice prior to the first class (in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org), and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued under other circumstances.
