  • Nature Bugs – Late Winter »

Join us for some winter fun at Sheldrake. We’ll start by making pine cone bird feeders. Then we will head out on our trails, looking for our winter birds and the other creatures that spend the winter here. Take your bird feeder home, hang it outside, and see who comes for a treat!

Class is held entirely outdoors, with nature as our classroom.

This program is being offered two times: 2/17 & 2/19. Additional programs during Presidents Week are listed on our Event Calendar.

Date: Friday, February 17

Time: 1:00-2:00 pm

For ages: 3-5 (this is a drop-off program; children must be at least 3 prior to the program)

Fee: $20 for members, $25 for non-members

COVID-19 Precautions: All participants are required to wear a mask, complete a health screener, have their temperature taken, and sign a waiver. This program will be conducted entirely outdoors, including in mildly inclement weather. Group size is limited.
