Watch the forest reveal new stories each week as we deepen our connection to nature and, in turn, find space to release stress and take in all the benefits that nature connection has to offer. Enjoy our grounds in the peak of spring and observe how the flora and fauna are affected by the season.
Each week we’ll have a 60-minute mindful outdoor experience lead by certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, Cindy Olsen. This time will include gentle warm-ups for our bodies, breathing and centering exercises, walking with awareness through the forest, and a nature meditation. We’ll finish with a tea ceremony to share and close our experience.
6 sessions: Thursdays, 1-2 pm – April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, May 23, May 30.
