Master Composter & Recycler Training Program
Starting Tuesday, September 13.
Sheldrake Environmental Center is hosting its fourth Master Composter & Recycler Program, a train-the-trainer course for individuals who wish to teach sound composting and recycling practices in their communities.
Vegetable Garden
Volunteers recently delivered 15 lbs. of kale, mustard greens and beet thinnings to the Larchmont-
Mamaroneck Food Pantry. Last year the gardeners group supplied the Food Pantry with ____ pounds of fresh vegetables.
Every year, gardeners begin in May to prepare the soil outdoors and grow seedlings indoors.
