Young Explorers Class Starting January 2018

Nature Education all winter long!

Young Explorers is back!  This winter spark a lifelong love of science and nature in your child.   Whether hiking in the woods, rolling logs and learning about insects, bird watching or engaging in a craft project, young naturalists, ages 3 to 6 will have fun learning about nature and even becoming snow detectives!   Children will learn about how plants and animals survive in the long winter.  Young Explorers will run for 7 sessions on either Monday or Tuesdays from 12:30 – 2:30 starting January 29.

For ages 3-6  

Our Young Explorers:

  • get hands-on experience with science and nature
  • learn about birds, insects, seeds and other natural wonders
  • enjoy the outdoors as they walk the trails of a 60-acre conservancy
  • have fun with nature games, stories, and crafts

 7 weeks on Mondays.  January 29, February 5, 12, 26, March 5, 12, 19,                 


7 weeks on Tuesdays. January 30, February 6, 13, 27, March 6, 13, 20


$250 for members, $280 for non-members

Annual Events
