Young Explorers Nature Class for Preschoolers – Nov/Dec
November 7 @ 3:30 pm - December 19 @ 4:30 pm
Nature education continues after school on Wednesdays!
Young Explorers continues this fall! Join us at Sheldrake to examine seasonal changes as we segue from mid- to late fall. Your young nature detective will explore the world outside to observe how plants and animals prepare for winter. Be on the lookout for animal tracks, watch the leaves of deciduous trees change hues and fall to the ground, create molds of objects found in nature, and more. Young Explorers will run for 6 sessions on Wednesday from 3:30-4:30 pm starting November 7 (no class on November 21).
For ages 3-6
Our Young Explorers:
- get hands-on experience with science and nature
- learn about birds, insects, seeds and other natural wonders
- enjoy the outdoors as they walk the trails of a 60-acre conservancy
- have fun with nature games, stories, and crafts
6 weeks on Wednesdays: November 7, November 14, November 28, December 5, December 12, and December 19 (no class November 21).
