Young Explorer Nature Class for Preschoolers

October 3 @ 3:30 pm - October 24 @ 4:30 pm

Nature Education after school on Wednesdays!

Young Explorers is back!  Join us at Sheldrake to examine the seasonal changes as the weather turns colder.  Your child will become a nature detective as they walk through the woods learning about how plants and animals prepare for winter.  Whether hiking in the woods, rolling logs and learning about insects, bird watching or engaging in a craft project, young naturalists, ages 3 to 6 will have fun learning about nature.  Young Explorers will run for 4 sessions on Wednesday from 3:30 – 4:30 starting October 3.

For ages 3-6

Our Young Explorers:

  • get hands-on experience with science and nature
  • learn about birds, insects, seeds and other natural wonders
  • enjoy the outdoors as they walk the trails of a 60-acre conservancy
  • have fun with nature games, stories, and crafts

 4 weeks on Wednesdays.  October 3, 10, 17 and 24

$50 for members, $60 for non-members
