Physical Activity. Beautiful Spring scenery. Who doesn’t like an occasional hike in the great outdoors? Add an extra awareness to the experience and your outing can benefit both your mind and body. Being outdoors increases well-being, immunity, helps alleviate stress and anxiety, promotes creativity, assists with recovery from mental fatigue, helps restore attention, boosts the brain’s ability to think and engages the senses.  We’ll be exploring the Sheldrake property over a 4 week period with guided mindful hikes and exercises.   Dates are Thursday, May 17, 24, 31 and June 7 from 1 pm – 2pm.

FREE for members. $20 for series for non-members.
