Saturday Guided Mindfulness Experience – November 9

Research shows that being in nature decreases stress, reduces blood pressure, boosts the immune system, improves cognitive function, and provides an elevated sense of well-being.
Mindfulness practices allow us to hit pause on our hectic lives, helping us to navigate life in a calmer way. Just wear weather-appropriate clothing; we provide warm blankets, foam seat cushions, and hot seasonal teas for our time together in the forest.
Cancellation policy: Programs proceed in varying weather and are only canceled or postponed in the case of extreme conditions, including thunder. In the event of a canceled event, Sheldrake will offer either a makeup date or a refund. Refunds will not be granted for missed sessions.
