FULL – Guided Mindfulness Hike – 12/13

Take a break from the holiday craziness with a guided hike at Sheldrake that incorporates mindfulness exercises. The brisk fall air, physical exercise, and company of others can benefit both your mind and body. Being outdoors increases well-being, boosts immunity, helps alleviate stress and anxiety, promotes creativity, assists with recovery from mental fatigue, helps restore attention, boosts the brain’s ability to think, and engages the senses.
