Sheldrake Environmental Center Presents An Evening Of Birds And Booze In Our Own Backyard

glass-bird-drink-alcohol-cocktail-perched

Please join us for a fun evening featuring a talk on local birds from Sheldrake’s own Christina Baal AND a talk and tasting from Westchester’s own Neversink Spirits. Snacks, desserts and drinks featuring Neversink’s products will be served.

Christina Baal is an artist, birder and naturalist who earned a BA from Bard College.  As a Sheldrake educator, she spends her time helping others appreciate all nature has to offer.

Using only local ingredients, Neversink Spirits, produces apple brandy (both aged and unaged), gin, and, most recently, bourbon in addition to the pear eau de vie.  It was founded by 2 MHS grads Yoni Rabino and Noah Braumstein.
